Toasted Sweet Coconut Flakes


  • 3.5 cups Unsweetened Coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp. coconut sugar


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Place the coconut flakes in a large bowl.
  3. In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine the coconut oil, cinnamon, and coconut sugar and heat until mixed. 
  4. Pour the sauce over the coconut and stir to coat
  5. Spread the coconut onto a rimmed baking sheet on parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 5-8 minutes (or until golden), stirring and flipping the coconut every few minutes so they don’t burn.
  7. Allow to cool about 30 minutes.
