Toasted Sweet Coconut Flakes
Ingredients:
- 3.5 cups Unsweetened Coconut flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. coconut sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Place the coconut flakes in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine the coconut oil, cinnamon, and coconut sugar and heat until mixed.
- Pour the sauce over the coconut and stir to coat
- Spread the coconut onto a rimmed baking sheet on parchment paper.
- Bake for 5-8 minutes (or until golden), stirring and flipping the coconut every few minutes so they don’t burn.
- Allow to cool about 30 minutes.
