Toasted Salty Coconut Flakes


  • 3.5 cups Unsweetened Coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • ¼ Tsp. Sea Salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Place the coconut flakes in a large bowl.
  3. In a saucepan or microwave, melt the coconut oil.
  4. Pour over the coconut and stir to coat
  5. Spread the coconut onto a rimmed baking sheet on parchment paper and spread sea salt.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes (or until golden), stirring and flipping the coconut every few minutes so they don’t burn.
  7. Allow to cool about 30 minutes.
