Toasted Salty Coconut Flakes
Ingredients:
- 3.5 cups Unsweetened Coconut flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
- ¼ Tsp. Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Place the coconut flakes in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan or microwave, melt the coconut oil.
- Pour over the coconut and stir to coat
- Spread the coconut onto a rimmed baking sheet on parchment paper and spread sea salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes (or until golden), stirring and flipping the coconut every few minutes so they don’t burn.
- Allow to cool about 30 minutes.
