• 1 cup Sprouts
  • 2 beaten egg whites
  • Spices, Sea Salt & Ground Black Pepper


  1. Beat 2 egg whites until they hold a firm shape and add in herbs, sprouts & spices.
  2. Scoop onto a med-hot pan sprayed with a little olive oil.
  3. Spread the batter out to make a patty in the shape you want.  When fully cooked on one side, flip until golden.
