Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sprouts
- 2 beaten egg whites
- Spices, Sea Salt & Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
- Beat 2 egg whites until they hold a firm shape and add in herbs, sprouts & spices.
- Scoop onto a med-hot pan sprayed with a little olive oil.
- Spread the batter out to make a patty in the shape you want. When fully cooked on one side, flip until golden.
