Spinach and Avocado Dip


  • 5 cup  Spinach
  • 1 Avocado, large
  • 1/2 Onion, small
  • 1 – 2 clove Garlic, freshly crushed
  • 1 Lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 Tsp. Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper (optional)
