Mock Mashed “Potatoes”


  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 5+ Cloves Diced Garlic
  • ¼ cup Low Sodium Broth
  • 1 ½ Tsp Olive Oil


Cut cauliflower into small pieces and steam until tender, pat dry.  Heat the Olive Oil and Garlic on Stove until brown.  Using a food processing blend the cauliflower, garlic, olive oil, broth and desired spices until smooth.
