- ⅔ cup almond milk (unsweetened)

- ¾ cup ice (or precut and freeze organic apple slices in place of ice cubes)
- 1 ½ cups kale / spinach mixture (chopped, packed)
- 1 stalk organic celery (diced)
- ½ Gala apple (cut into chunks and pre-frozen if not using ice cubes)
- 1 TBSP. Hemp Seed Hearts (Bob’s Red Mill Hulled Hemp Seed)
- Raw local honey (to taste)
