Kale Almond-Milk Smoothie

  • ⅔ cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup Plain Greek yogurt (look for brand with low sugar content)
  • ¾ cup ice (or precut and freeze organic apple slices in place of ice cubes)
  • 1 ½ cups kale / spinach mixture (chopped, packed)
  • 1 stalk organic celery (diced)
  • ½ Gala apple (cut into chunks and pre-frozen if not using ice cubes)
  • 1 TBSP. Hemp Seed Hearts (Bob’s Red Mill Hulled Hemp Seed)
  • Raw local honey (to taste)
