Coco Nutty Granola


  • 4-5 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  • 3 cups coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 cups almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds (chopped roughly)
  • 3 Tbsp. Coconut Sugar (optional – I personally don’t sweeten my granola at all)


  1. Preheat oven to 250 F.  Mix all ingredients in a bowl, spread evenly on baking paper on a tray and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until golden, turning periodically.  I like to make mine quite dark; the darker it is, the crunchier it is.
  2. Remove and cool immediately to get it crispy. About 30 minutes.
