Big Mac in a Bowl


  • 8 oz. Extra Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup chopped mushrooms
  • ½ cup chopped dill pickles
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1-2 tbsp. Walden Farms Thousand Island dressing or Yellow Mustard


  1. Add spices to lean ground beef. (Ex. garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper).
  2. Cook the amount of patties you want. (I made extras to refrigerate for the next day).
  3. When almost cooked to desired doneness, Chop up a head of lettuce and spread lettuce on plate.
  4. Sprinkle in chopped onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and chopped dill pickles.
  5. Cut hamburger patties into bit sized pieces and drop onto plate.
  6. Top with Walden Farms Thousand Island dressing, or you can use plain Yellow or Brown Mustard instead.
  7. Mix all ingredients in a bowl & refrigerate for an hour or eat warm.
