Ingredients:
- 8 oz. Extra Lean Ground Beef
 - 1/2 cup chopped red onion
 - ½ cup chopped mushrooms
 - ½ cup chopped dill pickles
 - ½ cup diced tomatoes
 - 3/4 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce
 - 1-2 tbsp. Walden Farms Thousand Island dressing or Yellow Mustard
 
Directions:
- Add spices to lean ground beef. (Ex. garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper).
 - Cook the amount of patties you want. (I made extras to refrigerate for the next day).
 - When almost cooked to desired doneness, Chop up a head of lettuce and spread lettuce on plate.
 - Sprinkle in chopped onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and chopped dill pickles.
 - Cut hamburger patties into bit sized pieces and drop onto plate.
 - Top with Walden Farms Thousand Island dressing, or you can use plain Yellow or Brown Mustard instead.
 - Mix all ingredients in a bowl & refrigerate for an hour or eat warm.
