What you can expect in our office today:

1)      If you downloaded the patient history paperwork from our website (www.stuckychiropractic.com) and completed it prior to your visit, you have just a few forms to review and sign.  If you did not have the opportunity to download the paperwork prior to your visit, it will be necessary to complete the following pages so that the doctor may completely evaluate your case.

            2)      You will be viewing “Introduction to Chiropractic,” a short video to        introduce you to chiropractic and to prepare you for your initial consultation.

3)      Following the video you will meet with your doctor to discuss your health history and health concerns.

4)      We will perform a complete chiropractic, orthopedic and neurological examination and x-ray when necessary for diagnostic purposes.

5)      Upon completion of your examination you will meet with the doctor to answer any questions and choose when to meet for your Report of Findings.

6)      Upon conclusion with your doctor, you will be asked to check at the front desk to schedule your next appointment and to meet any financial requirements for today’s visit.
